Tai Chi for health and wellbeing

Tai chi Tutor – Gwenan Evans

The class will focus on introducing the tai chi principles of strength through softness, using slow, smooth, continuous movement, as applied to a range of stand-alone exercises and the Tai Chi Form. We will combine body, mind and breath to cultivate good health, a strong immune system, and a quiet and relaxed mind. Suitable for beginners and those with previous experience. The style we will learn is the Lee Family Style, brought to the UK in the 1950s from Hong Kong by Chee Soo.

*we try to make our classes as inclusive as possible so we are happy to offer hardship passes which will offer free passes to most of our classes for anyone unable to fund their classes.
