This class is suitable for anyone interested in movement, meeting new people and keeping fit. All levels are welcome, and we particularly welcome those feeling self-conscious, worried or have little to no experience. This is a nurturing class and promotes body positivity.
Slow commercial choreography is a dance style that incorporates elements of contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop dance. It focuses on smooth, controlled movements performed at a slower tempo, allowing dancers to express emotion and storytelling through their movements. You can book for a monthly pass or select a drop-in option weekly.

*we try to make our classes as inclusive as possible so we are happy to offer hardship passes which will offer free passes to most of our classes for anyone unable to fund their classes. If you have a serious injury or disability, and wish to take part in our classes please let us know and we would be happy to offer a consultation with our director.
