Butterfly Soup
Discover Ardour: Wellness, Dance, and Creativity in CardiffButterfly Soup sessions at Ardour are currently held on Monday Evenings and funded by People’s Health Trust. These creative sessions are a safe space for our queer friends and allies; designed to foster self-expression, connection, and empowerment. Led by dedicated facilitators, these sessions provide opportunities for a range of fun and creative activities such as gentle movement sessions, meditation and sometimes visual arts. There is always a cup of tea, and sessions are donation-based.
