Description

[REPLAY] Open level contemporary class with Jack

An open level contemporary class for individuals who have at least some experience of dance.

This live, online class will cover mobilising stretches as well as varied combinations which connect both the body and the space. Class will contain a range of dynamic phrases, as well as space for improvisation, which will push individuals to move energetically in a whole body approach to dance.
