“Amina is so lovely! You need lots of concentration for the class and you don’t need to get your “belly out” which has been the 1st question all my friends have asked me. It will help to keep my brain super active as time goes by. I really am loving the simplistic yet complex form of dance.” – [anonymous] on belly dancing

The Belly Dancing classes at Ardour are led by experienced instructors who guide participants through a series of movements, including hip drops, shimmies, and undulations. These movements help participants build strength and flexibility while also improving posture and body awareness.
Belly Dancing is not just a form of physical exercise; it is a means of self-expression and empowerment whilst becoming a part of a positive and non-judgmental community. Participants are encouraged to embrace and celebrate their bodies. All levels are welcome to join this class.
Please wear something comfortable; you can dance with shoes or barefoot.
