Butterfly Soup: Monthly Meet-up with Tarah

Tarah is a visual artist and poet looking to create spaces for playful creative exploration. In this workshop, there will be an invitation to embrace curiosity, bodily awareness, and the present moment through the joyful act of creating. We’ll be experimenting with mark-making and poetry, with thoughtful prompts to guide us through.

Tarah hopes for it to be both gentle and restorative, encouraging a shift away from outcomes, expectations and self-critique. Together, we’ll drop into the process, allowing it to unfold naturally—messy, fluid, and full of discovery. Our focus will be on embracing each moment as it comes, with openness to whatever arises."
