December’s Butterfly Soup session will be led by Zosia πŸ¦‹πŸŒ€

Bodies of water…
We all know that we should drink more of it, we notice when it falls from the sky, we notice how we feel when looking at large bodies of it and how its movement stirs things in us.

Moving with inner and outer waters we will use the age old theme of water to find deep rest and a more fluid way of moving, for our selves and with others. A series of invitations to move in response to imagery ending with a short time to draw or write.
Zosia is a dance artist, facilitator and trainee Gestalt therapist. She is interested in movement in all its forms.

We hope you can join us! πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

Butterfly Soup with Zosia: Bodies of Water

Butterfly Soup is a creative space for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies. We meditate, move, create wonderful things, drink tea, and talk from the heart. It's a safe space that is accepting, nurturing, creative, and BSL accessible. The session is donation based thanks to our funders People’s Health Trust.

People's Health Trust is an independent charity investing in local communities to help create a society without health inequalities through funding, support and using evidence and learning to influence change. It works closely with six Community Interest Companies raising money through The Health Lottery.

Butterfly Soup is part of our funders Active Communities initiative: Active Communities is a funding programme for local people with great ideas about how to help create fairer places to grow, live, work and age well.
