A 90 minute general level class drawing on traditional schools of Hatha Yoga.
Including Posture Alignment principles, Vinyasa flow, Somatic Awareness, Restorative stillness and Pranayama.
With over twenty years experience, Danielle Nicholls is fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
