Drop-in BfS Meditation Session with Anna
Anna-Amalia Coviello (She/They), founder of Well Wagon, is a queer, Anglo-Italian multidisciplinary artist and therapeutic arts facilitator.
From painting, writing, movement, installation and therapeutic workshops, their work mirrors the diverse and intricate human experience through an introspective meaning making process.
With mindfulness at the core, they advocate for creativity's pivotal role for mental health, connection, and growth through personal expression.
As an artist of provocation, expression, and play, they engage by sparking dialogues that highlight the transformative power of creativity in fostering well-being and deepening connections, challenging perceptions, living authentically and kindle self-belief.
Note! Unless we cancel the class or you are advised to self-isolate by Track & Trace, we do not offer refunds or credits exchange on our classes.
