“I could not rate this incredible studio enough. The classes that they have to offer are diverse and led by such welcoming and knowledgeable teachers and professionals. The owner is passionate and welcoming and has created this space for people to meet, connect, learn and explore and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend you go and take a class or visit the space. Always friendly, informative and kind. I love it!” – Cristina Sciarrillo
“Ardour academy is a beautiful studio; clean and well equipped, there are excellent teachers and a fantastic variety of classes and events on offer. Sara who runs the studio is super friendly, welcoming and passionate, she always creates a relaxed and warm environment at the studio. We are lucky to have this dance school in Roath, thank you Sara, please keep up the excellent work.” – Kim Noble
“Fantastic venue with something to offer for everyone, be it fitness, all manner of dance classes or awesome events and parties. Ran by a group of warm and enthusiastic professionals. Would highly recommend” – Sajjad Siraty
“Contemporary with Mike has been really beneficial to my wellbeing and getting to feel grounded. “I’ve enjoyed the challenge of moving my body with purpose in a safe space with others, free of judgement of ability and experience.
Butterfly Soup sessions have been meditative and calming. I particularly enjoy the expressing of our stories through body language, allowing us to build connection within ourselves and between other Queer humans.” – Mica, on Monday classes
“Amina is so lovely! You need lots of concentration for the class and you don’t need to get your “belly out” which has been the 1st question all my friends have asked me. It will help to keep my brain super active as time goes by. I really am loving the simplistic yet complex form of dance.” – [anonymous] on belly dancing
“Sara & Tara are so lovely. Very welcoming, patient & friendly. Love the salsa classes here. Highly recommended.” – Lisa Marie
“Would highly recommend Ardour Academy – both for the venue and location, the way that it is managed, and the classes that they hold. I am currently doing the bellydance classes and absolutely loving them! It’s a class of all different ages and abilities, and it’s great fun with a friendly atmosphere. The teacher is really nice and explains and demonstrates everything really well. I would recommend these classes to anyone – whether you are a dancer or non-dancer. It’s also a great workout!” – Tracey, on belly dancing class
“Ardour is a wonderful addition to the Cardiff arts community- they offer a great selection of classes to suit all abilities and interests, competitive prices and a warm, inviting space. What really makes them stand out however are how passionate Ardour’s owners are about creating a space that is welcoming and inclusive :)” – Jessie Brooks
