Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to promote overall health and well-being. It emphasises the connection between the body, mind, and breath, aiming to cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
Our Wednesday class is kept donation-based to keep it as accessible as possible and can be booked via our website. We welcome all abilities including those starting out.

*we try to make our classes as inclusive as possible so we are happy to offer hardship passes which will offer free passes to most of our classes for anyone unable to fund their classes.
