Underpinned with theoretical knowledge behind mindfulness practices and approaches, these sessions will explore movement through improvisation.

This session is ideal for those with little to no experience of movement as well as those who also have any previous knowledge.

We will search for a sense of freedom and for increased awareness of self, encouraging individuals to express, explore, reflect and discover something new.
