A Night with Tango Jazz Quartet in Cardiff

We start the evening with a fun lesson by Michael & Siân (Tango Y Nada Mas Cardiff) in Chacarera, the traditional Argentine folk dance, often seen in breaks at milongas. Then later, we’ll dance to tango music with DJ Siân.

“Tango Jazz Quartet, from Argentina. A foursome that demonstrates how tango and its variants support a music culture more than they offer just an excuse to take the floor with risqué intent, the TJQ tour the world like missionaries.” - Nigel Jarret, Wales Arts,
Adolygu

“It is the first time that I hear a fusion of Jazz and Tango that works and makes sense” - the world‐renowned French accordionist Richard Galliano, about the Tango Jazz Quartet
