Alys is facilitating Butterfly Soup on Monday 3 March 7-8:30pm 🦋

We’ll be investigating our connection to nature through playful exercises that allow for spontaneity, embracing failure and encouraging our imaginations to run free!

Alys is driven by the importance of play and process driven creativity in order to suspend our rigid learnt behaviours often imposed to be an ‘upstanding citizen of modern day society’, how we can become closer to our inner wilderness.

With a theatre and movement background Alys will be bringing techniques to build confidence in the use of our voices, as well as engaging in storytelling to playfully explore the boundaries between our human bodies and nature.
Inspired by queer ecology, we’ll be asking;

How did we come to be known as humans and trees as trees? What if we were less of two separate things and more of something similar?

We hope you can join us! 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Fay is facilitating Butterfly Soup on Monday 10 March 7-8:30pm 🦋

How can we bring ease into not knowing? How can I be authentically myself, whilst being with another?

Fay will facilitate a session based upon somatic movement – guiding us into our bodies and senses, and open ‘movement play’ – where we access improvisation and authentic expression responding to what is present.

Focuses will be on body, space and relational awareness. This work is influenced by her training done with Joan Davis.

We hope you can join us! 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️
