One of my teachers once told me that “until you have been practicing yoga for at least 10 years, you are still a beginner.”

Eddie Hunt – Salsa Tutor

Eddie Hunt teaches Salsa every Wednesday at Ardour Academy.

Sara Sirati – Kizomba Tutor

Sara: nothing in life quite managed to fulfil me or make me feel satisfied until I discovered dance again as an adult.

Mat Roblin – Yoga Tutor

Mat: I love and get excited about Yoga. I’m an Ashtangi at heart. I believe that when people are flexible enough, they are capable of great things.

Tara Sirati – Kizomba Tutor

Tara: I have grown up in a family where dance and music were a strong part of our upbringing, although I never gave much thought or attention to either!

Sophie – Arabic Dance

Sky Sirati – inspirational Guru

This might surprise you but I’m actually a great dancer and in fact I jump on anyone that tries to dance. My human thinks that’s inappropriate but I just don’t see it!

“Contemporary with Mike has been really beneficial to my wellbeing and getting to feel grounded. “I’ve enjoyed the challenge of moving my body with purpose in a safe space with others, free of judgement of ability and experience.

Butterfly Soup sessions have been meditative and calming. I particularly enjoy the expressing of our stories through body language, allowing us to build connection within ourselves and between other Queer humans.” – Mica, on Monday classes
