Ardour is proud to bring to you our first Calligraphy class creating shapes and patterns through Persian Calligraphy.
No knowledge of the Persian language is required.
The workshop will be delivered by Cardiff’s very own Sahar Saki.
Making Shapes through Persian Calligraphy
Sahar is an award-winning international artist and designer from Iran, based in Cardiff.
She has been awarded by UNESCO, business Wales, and Art Council of Wales, also have been working with different organisation, and community centres such as Welsh National Opera, Sherman Theatre, arcade Cardiff, Riverside Centre, Llanover Hall Arts Centre, GWENT art in health, Craft in the bay, Cardiff Council, and Madeinroath.
Most of her projects get inspired by her Persian background, while she is still keeping everything contemporary.

Our address is on Wellfield Road, right in the heart of Caerdydd, the capital city of Wales. You can find detailed directions HERE on our website.
We are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible at the moment and working hard to change this in the future.
We do however run some of our sessions in wheelchair assessable locations, and off live streaming of some of our classes/events. Please Cysylltu if you wish to discuss accessibility.
