A guided meditation with Sukina

A guided meditation with Sukina

SUNDAY, 11 JUNE 2023 FROM 11:00-13:00

This somatic workshop focuses on reconnection and relationality.
The session begins with time to arrive involving a guided body-based meditation to promote awareness of our materiality (muscles,
bones, tissues); the essential “substance” of who we are.
Building on from this we will enter into a partnered exploration involving touch-contact to facilitate a sense of safety and connection within
our own bodies and that of each other.
There will be opportunities for reflective discussion scattered throughout the session and participants are invited to bring paper and pens to help them make sense of their embodied responses.
