Welcome to our community open day.
We will be offering a sample of some of our classes. £5 for all activities, including our social.
Yoga with Mat: 11 am
Salsa Rhythm with Sara: 11:45 am
Belly Dancing with Amina: 12:30 pm
Mundo Dance Fitness with Alexa: 1pm
Afro Dance with Plamedi: 1:45 pm

…And that’s not all; we will hold a live piano session and social gathering with Julian Martin
2:30pm-4pm.
At our cafe we will be serving a range of Vegan hot drinks, soft & alcoholic drinks and Vegan cakes.
This is a fun community day and our classes are suitable for anyone over the age of 14.
All ages are open to join our social (anyone under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by
an adult)

We have a strong connection with the British Sign Language (BSL) community and offer BSL-interpreted events and classes to ensure that our programs are accessible to the deaf and hard of hearing. If you require BSL interpretation, please let us know in advance.
